Enjoy Chef's special 4-course dinner experience for $185 per guest. The night will begin with a welcome cocktail.

The first course includes a raw bar presentation for the table, including your choice of fresh Oysters, Hamachi Tiradito & Shrimp Cocktail.
The second course features a delectable Mushroom Chowder, with locally sourced ingredients.
For course three, pick an entrée of your choice, Mar y Tierra, Grilled Tuna Steak or Rack of Lamb.
For the final course, indulge in our Molten Lava Cake, crafted with hibiscus-rosemary sorbetto.
