Aqimero, the wood-burning Latin grill by Chef Richard Sandoval, is proud to present the Rosé Garden. The Rosé Garden pop-up event is an escapist and multi-sensory experience, transportive to the seaside of Mexico’s Baja Coast.
The Menu
Sit beneath a canopy of bougainvillea while you enjoy a crisp glass of rosé, a rosé flight or rosé-forward libations including the Petal Paloma or Strawberry Frosé. Groups can sip and share hand-crafted punches served in vintage punch bowls, created with fresh fruits and botanicals. The bites menu, exclusive to the pop-up, blooms with rosé-inspired Latin sharing plates showcasing seasonal ingredients, such as Rosé Ceviche, Garden Guacamole and sweet treats like the Paleta y Prosecco.
